These terms cover your use of the thebluedigital.co.za website, run by Zwia Luvhimbi trading as The Blue Digital ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing this site, booking a call, or filling in one of our forms, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
This website describes our content strategy, social media and event content services, and gives you ways to get in touch: booking a strategy session or package, enquiring about an event, or signing up for our email list. It's informational and promotional, it isn't a client portal or a place where you log in or manage an active project.
You're welcome to browse and share this site freely. Please don't copy, scrape, or reproduce its content, design, or branding for your own commercial use, and don't try to interfere with how the site runs or access any part of it in a way it wasn't intended to be accessed.
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to The Blue Digital, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to the site or share a page, but please don't reuse our content, branding or images as if they were your own.
Booking a call, submitting a form, or signing up for our list happens through third-party tools, Calendly, Google Forms and Calendar, and Mailchimp. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms, we don't control how they operate and aren't responsible for outages or issues on their end. Anything on this site about results, growth or outcomes reflects our general approach and past experience, it isn't a promise of specific results for your business. What we deliver for a paying client is set out separately when we agree to work together, not by anything written on this website.
We do our best to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided as-is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or the third-party tools it links to.
